PURCHASING YOUR TICKETS

You can book tickets for events at Exhibition Centre Liverpool via our website.

This varies for each event, please email our team at customerservice@ticketquarter.co.uk and we can advise if the Exhibition Centre Liverpool box office is open.

The price of the ticket is set by the event organiser. The ACC Liverpool Group doesn’t receive any payment from the organiser to cover the costs of selling their tickets so an administration fee is added to tickets to cover the cost of providing a box office service.  The administration fees contribute to the costs of selling and marketing tickets including;  operating the contact centre, the ticketing software, IT, telephony and resource costs.

A fulfilment fee is charged per order and covers the cost of delivering your tickets to you, it is a one-off charge per order not per ticket. The fulfilment fee contributes to the operational costs and overheads of the delivery of your tickets e.g. postage, collection facilities and staff. 

The card holder needs to be present along with the card that was used to buy the tickets. The Ticket Quarter box office is located on-site and will be open from 12pm on the day of the event.

Our Box Office processes your credit card details over a secure internet connection, which makes it completely safe to order tickets online. The connection between your browser and our web server is protected with SSL (Secure Socket Layer), which creates a connection over which financial details can be safely passed between your computer and a transactional website.
